  1. Must have minimum 4 to 5 years on Arbor/Billing/Mediation area in telecom domain.
  2. Must have Good knowledge of UNIX commands
  3. Understanding of shell-scripts.
  4. Good knowledge of database and SQL commands.(Oracle and Sybase)
  5. Remedy tools 5.0, Remedy 7.6 knowledge (preferred)
  6. 24×7 support project In office.
  7. Knowledge of Control-M and Sql-plus added advantage.
