Job Information | Yrs of exp: 7 to 10 yrs. Relevant exp: 5 to 8 yrs in the following • Troubleshooting of issues related to products like – Cisco Unified Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity, IPCC, Voice Gateway, Gatekeepers, Voice mail Server, MCU, IPFX, IP phones , Cisco Meeting Place , GSM Gateway, soft phones. • Knowledge of Voice network models. • Knowledge on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling. • Troubleshooting skills for Voice protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP. • Plan and test Voice network software upgrades. • Troubleshooting and analytical skills for all Voice and Video related issues. Optional Skill Video: • Troubleshooting and analytical skills for all Video related issues. • Plan and test Video network software upgrades. • Knowledge of Video network models. • Troubleshooting of issues related to Video Call/conferencing products like- MCU, Cisco VCS Expressway, Cisco Clinical Assistant, Cisco Tele-Presence, , GSM Gateway, VBP, Gatekeepers. • Troubleshooting skills for Video protocols like SIP, RTP. Good to have Skills • ITIL Certification will be a plus. • Ability to handle team. • Outstanding ability to analyze problems, propose solution options structure solution plans. • Good Client interaction skills • Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate effectively over conf calls • Preferable certifications CCNA/CCNP Shift Timings Shift A and Shift C as per the IDC schedule
