Experience in implementation and troubleshooting custom management packs  .
Knowledge in creation of custom packs  . Configuration and troubleshooting
of Quest Change Auditor infrastructure . Configuration and troubleshooting
of various types of alert for events generated in Quest Change Auditor .
Configuration and troubleshooting of various types of alert for events
generated in SCOM . Creation and publishing of standard and custom reports
for quest Change Auditor . Knowledge of integration of other tools like HP
NNM with SCOM . Creation and publishing of standard and custom reports for
SCOM . Working knowledge on AD DS environment . Working knowledge of Windows
ADS . Configuration and troubleshooting of various types of alert for events
generated in SCOM . Maintenance of Audit log including retention and
rotation . Creation and publishing of standard and custom reports for SCOM .
Knowledge of integration of other tools like SCOM with HP NNM . Creation of
discovery maps, inventory maps and network snapshot using HP NNM . Knowledge
Integration of SCOM with ticketing tool . Knowledge of integration of HP NNM
with ticketing tool . Setting up automatic threshold management in HP NNM .
Working knowledge of other HP tools like IT administrator, glance plus, etc
would be added advantage . Creation and publishing of standard and custom
reports for HP NNM . Configuration and troubleshooting of Solarwinds Orion
and NCM tool . Creation of discovery maps, inventory maps and network
snapshot using Solarwinds Orion and NCM . Creation and publishing of
standard and custom reports for Solarwind tools . Creation and publishing of
standard and custom reports for SNMPC . Configuration of event correlation
in the solarwinds tools . Configuration of event correlation in the SCOM .
Configuration of event correlation in the HP NNM . Exposure to SNMPC tool .
Setting up automatic tasks in Solarwinds tools . Exposure to Solarwinds tool
plug-ins . Setup and troubleshoot alert for events generated in SNMPC .
Creation of reports using SNMPC . Interface SNMPC with other tools like HP
NNM, etc   Qualifications:  Education:      . Bachelor’s degree or diploma
