Role: Service Desk Trainer Skill: Technical skills for Desktop & Laptop Support
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in conducting IT Training for Service Desk or Desktop Support projects required
Minimum Skill Requirement:
Must Have:
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English language
• Sound knowledge of
a. Windows OS (MCSC/P would add value) and Troubleshooting
b. Networking Basics
c. Any one of ITSM Applications (BMC Remedy, HPSM, Service Now etc.)
d. Good understanding of Active Directory
• Sound understanding of ITIL & ITSM and related processes (ITIL V3 Certification would add value)
• Experience in conducting IT Training for Service Desk or Desktop Support projects required
Good to Have:
1. Knowledge of multiple ITSM Applications (BMC Remedy, HPSM, Service Now etc.)
2. ITIL Certification
3. MCSE Certification Below to be excluded while Job Postings on Portals/SNS sites.
