Skill Flex as SAP Human resource or Peoplesoft

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

•  3 + yrs of implementation experience on Workday • Good knowledge of HCM Concepts
•  Resources with more than 3+ yrs of implementation experience in PeopleSoft/SAP HR can be considered
•  Additionally, experience on Payroll/Absence/Compensation Management process is good to have
• Good experience on XML/XSLT and integration to other third party solution
• HCM domain knowledge preferred for SSE, TL and AM candidates
• Workday Certification is an added advantage As a part of client delivery, SSE is responsible for all SDLC relevant stages for an application/module(s)
• SSE is expected to have expertise in architecture & design of the underlying platform, good understanding of SW quality processes and knowledgeable about the domain/industry. SSE works as individual contributor and grooms/helps junior members of the team.
